Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Return policy for bonsai trees:

Due to the living nature of our bonsai. Bonsai trees fall under the legal exeption to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, bonsai trees cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.

Of course, we will adress any issues in the event of damage during transport or if the delivered product does not match your order.

(Legal article 6:230p sub F of the dutch civil code)

 

Return policy for Tools, supplies, ceramics and apparel : 

Tools, supplies, ceramics and apparel can be returned, unused and unworn, within 14 days of shipment receipt, for a refund of the purchase price only.  Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. Recipient is responsible for all return shipping costs.
